The high level skills of our staff is based on years of experience in the construction of dies, Bihler tools and molds.

The machines installed in the department allow to achieve the highest levels of quality in processing the materials available on the market. The continuous research of innovative materials and surface treatments, brought us to ensure maximum durability and reliability of the produced equipment.

The synergy with our design department and the integrated use of CAD, CAE and CAM system allow to reduce the lead time of dies and molds realization.

Besides our tool shop supports the Customer, producing pilot tools in the prototype phase, as well as our production department assuring maintenace and suppling spare parts.

Our network of selected suppliers allows us to satisfy the required delivery times even in case of overload capacity.
