PRODUCTION

Poimec operations take place in an integrated plant which covers a surface of 4000 sqm including all the production activities (stamping, molding and assembly) as well as the warehouse.

The homogeneous set of machines dedicated to the production consists of:

• Stamping Department: 12 presses from 25 to 150 tons
• Stamping and forming Department: 11 automatic bending machines
• Molding Department: 12 presses from 35 to 150 tons
• Co-molding department: 4 presses from 25 to 50 tons

All machines are equipped with the most sophisticated process parameter control systems to ensure product quality.

Our selected suppliers panel allows to offer an excellent service keeping a low level of spare parts stock.

The automatic assembly lines are designed and manufactured in-house following the specifications of each Customer and are equipped with tools to measure and guarantee the required specifications.
